Teaching Private Yoga LessonsJan 11, 2007
By Nicole J. Shaw Lovers Yoga is great little companion to all students and teachers of yoga. I have been teaching yoga for seven years, I was asked by one of my students to guide he and his girlfriend through a couples yoga session I prepared the class beforehand and when they arrived for the session they showed me this book and asked if I could take them through a sequence similar to this book. I was surprised when I looked through the book how similar my sequence was. Darrin has prepared his sequence in a tasteful romantic way and if you are a new student to yoga or someone whom has never done yoga before, you will feel comfortable doing these exercises for the first time. There is nothing in this book that a beginner could not do at home with their friends, family and lovers. I love how Darrin emphasises the joy and fun involved in couples yoga. I am now selling this book in my yoga studio.

Intimate and Fun "Couple's Relaxation Program"Jan 18, 2006
By Beach Lover My husband and I are so excited to be doing our "Lovers' Yoga" each night. There are so many stretches, massage tips, meditations and communication ideas all bundled into this cutely illustrated book.
The "Heeling Massage", "Happy Hug", and "Tantric Twist" are my favorites.
This is a must for couple's that need help relaxing and want a fun way to connect and be intimate with each other.
Enjoy!

Lovers' Yoga is so much fun! This book is a joy to look at with its wonderfull illustrations, and easy to read with simple instructions. My fiance and I have been practicing Lovers' Yoga and have increased our intimacy greatly. We even did a weekend retreat with Darrin Zeer, the author, and had the time of our lives! I highly recommend this book and way of doing yoga.

Great for a stretch with your sweetieJan 18, 2009

"Yummy Delicious"
This is a fun little book filled with mostly stretches that you do with a partner. While not the Yoga I was expecting, it is fun to do the stuff together.
It is especially useful in that I have tight hamstrings and I get her help with stretching them out under the guise of being close and intimate hehe
Get this book if you want to spend more intimate times together increasing your body's elasticity while improving your closeness with your SO.
Do not get this book if you are expecting a yoga work out or tantric sex poses. You will be disappointed.

Not what I expectedJan 13, 2009

I thought this would be a little more in depth. But it was more like a pocket book you would pick up on a spinner rack. It's not very detailed and does not really give new poses. I wouldn't recommended paying a lot of money for this one.
