Beans have different sprouting speedsFeb 01, 2010 I like this mix a lot, it's tasty and quick to sprout - it takes about 2-3 days. However, one variety of beans is slower to sprout than the rest, so I have to keep it longer to give all beans a chance to sprout, which makes the first sprouters a little too long for my taste. Still, I'd rather use this mix than sprout all varieties separately.
