Worth the money.Feb 06, 2009
By Erik Person Kit had everything needed minus vegetables and meat. Instructions were easy to follow and the final sushi tasted great!
Good stuff, though the book sucked.Mar 12, 2011
By jbp87 Came quickly and in great condition, though I will say I didn't care for the book. Wasn't very helpful, so I bought another book that was filled with all kinds of useful info.

Good intro to sushi.Jan 21, 2009
By William J. Andrus Just tried my hand at sushi making for the first time with this kit. One mistake I made was that I did all the rice for my first time; which ended up being more then I wanted to make. I also will have to disagree with the book which says it only takes 5 minutes of de-starching/washing the rice. It took me an hour of constant washing to get it clear. The sushi book isn't really the best for recipes, at least the ones I like. It also suggests using items like turkey/chicken; which, seems too strange for me to even bother trying. The texture and flavor do not make sense for sushi.
Great GiftJan 10, 2009
By weather baby I got this as a gift for my sister who loves sushi. She loves it and said it has everything she needs right there to make it herself.
