 Great Workout!Aug 26, 2010
I absolutely love this balance ball! I use it as my desk chair as well as using it as an exercise tool. Doing sit ups on this ball are much more comfortable than doing them on the ground or even with my Ab Lounge. You can really feel the sit ups working in the abs.
The 30 minute workout DVD that comes with the ball is great! If you are not in shape, plan to be very sore the first few times you do the workout. Your muscles will hurt in places you weren't aware existed! It does get better and the system does work. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Came quickly, packaged well and loved the color. However the size was smaller than what I expected (yes, I read the other reviews). My husband (6'3")shares the ball with me (5'1"), it didn't work with that size. Returned it with no problem.

I really like the stability ball - easy to inflate, very sturdy, and just the right size for me (I am 5'2, most stability balls are too large for me). Definitely pay attention to instructions to inflate then let relax for 24 hours and reinflate - very necessary step or it will not seem firm enough. The workout is okay, it moves very quickly and got my heart rate up, but the instructor was very cheerleader-like and didn't seem to have much personality, and the others with her seem to just be there for decoration, she doesn't use them to show modifications or anything like that. But a decent half hour workout, and that was not the reason I bought the ball anyway!

The ball was fine, average, nothing wrong with it. But the instructional DVD that came with it didn't work, it read "disk error" on all of my DVD players and would not load on my computer either. Per Amazon's policy, I attempted to contact the company first, multiple times, I finally received a rude reply that they only replaced things bought on their webside. So much for a company standing by it's product! When I contacted Amazon customer service with this information, they fixed the problem immediately. GO AMAZON!! I would NEVER by another product from The Firm again!

The Ball that wouldn't hold airMay 01, 2010
This ball is a total piece of crap. I inflated it to the maximum psi and after an hour it deflated by about 25%. I tried again and the same thing happened, then once more and then gave up. It now is in my gear closet and I am trying to figure out what to do with it...hmmm....perhaps I can make an umbrella out of it.
