Tastiest variety of Green TeaMay 18, 2007
By David Karpis
"Quality Expert"
Each steamed green tea bag contains a dozen or so roasted grains of brown rice. I'm a fan of rice in general, but I've never had it as an accent to tea before this. It's delicious, giving off an earthy aroma I've grown to crave.
The green tea leaves themselves are also excellent, delicate and super-fresh, effectively quadruple sealed inside the tea bag, then the airtight aluminum wrapper, then in plastic-wrapped containers of several tea bags each, then inside the main package itself.
Freshness, full flavor, great hot or cold . . . great when concentrated, regular strength, or watered down (like in an iced tea pitcher) . . . I just placed my third order for this item. It will remain a fixture in my home. Everyone who has tasted it has been impressed.
I have had some green teas which were more refined . . . but none tasted as good. If you enjoy green tea, order with confidence and enjoy :)

BEST TEA!!!!!Mar 24, 2008
By Lynn Bishop I have been a green tea drinker for several years. I have tried very many
different brands and flavors of tea and then I came across this tea & I love it!!! I started drinking it this past Christmas and I am on my third
order already! It has a great taste not bitter and the rice flavor has a
delicate nutty flavor. I'm telling you i drink this stuff all the time!!
I quit smoking in October and this is my replacement. I'm not saying this has any medicinal properties at all, but I find this tea really helps me when I have a craving. It's really great tasting and soothing!!

Genmai Cha in a convenient pouchFeb 23, 2008

While in Japan we were introduced to Genmai Cha and immediately preferred the taste of green tean and toasted rice to plain green tea. Back in the states we found suppliers for bulk mixes until we stumbled upon the Yamamotoyama tea bags in foil pouches. Each serving is fresh and the flavor is great. We heartily endorse buying the 90 pouch bulk pack so you can have this great flavor at any time.

Tasty Tea Amazes FriendsJan 18, 2008
By Hey You If I want to amaze a coffee drinker, I give them a cup of unsweetened Genmai Cha toasted rice green tea. Inexpensive and more flavor than you expect in something as simple as tea.
