An EXCELLENT CD!Jul 14, 2008
This is an excellent Yoga Nidra CD. I bought this along with "Your Present: A Half Hour of Peace" and found that the two, while dramatically different, are extremely effective. The Voice on Yoga Nidra is nice and well modulated---as a voice teacher that was important for me.
The format is simple and straightforward. I had been an insomniac for the past five years. The first night I used this, I slept wonderfully! I highly recommend this CD!
