Excellent for BackJul 16, 2010 I received this dvd & it really is great for someone that has back problems. It's easy but yet works all the muscles.
YogaJul 07, 2010 Great. Saw on PBS but didn't want to pay $70 for it. So, Checked with Amazon and there it was!!! Thanks!!!
Wonderful DVD!Jun 29, 2010 This is the best workout video I own. I can't wait to buy more of her DVD's. Just listening to Peggy's voice is relaxing. She explains and demonstrates the correct way to do each exercise and although the pace seems "slow", before you know it your muscles are really working hard! There are two other students doing the exercises with her so that she can demonstrate accommodations if you need them. The DVD is set up in short sections so that if you don't have a lot of time you can just do one or two sets and come back the next day and do the next one or two. This really helps stretch out and strengthen your back.

Helps with back painApr 15, 2010 I bought this because of a back injury... it works! Doesn't hurt my back like others I have tried. I feel stronger, and can do much more than I used to. Some of the moves are so helpful when my back is acting up. So glad I bought it!

Boring & uninspiringApr 07, 2010 Very slow paced, simple moves. I guess it's good for the backs. Unattractive instructor & ugly background. I didn't expect to see a yoga instructor looking like a mid-aged teletubby with bulging mid-section... Not for me. Shiva Rea is so much prettier to look at & more pleasant to follow...
